The more I thought about it, the more I was worried about that. Not having enough votes would defeat the purpose.
I really love the idea of ten weekly challenges with entry at the participant's discretion. I'm thinking that would be a better version. The most recent 3W4DW challenge generated quite a few icons because of the looser format, I think.
